Alongside his success as a business owner, he has served as a board member for several schools and charitable organizations. Currently, he also holds the role of councillor in Cumberland Council, further demonstrating his commitment to community service.

Rany is a registered community pharmacist with nearly a decade of experience, specializing in aged care. He has managed teams working in aged-care facilities and disability group homes across Western Sydney and developed effective frameworks across the state on delivering top-tier service.

Ghadeer is a team leader at Empowerly Care Services, with a Bachelor of Human Science (Communicative Disorders) and currently studying Psychological Science. She brings extensive experience supporting participants with intellectual and mental health disabilities, offering compassionate and skilled care.

Fluent in English, Farsi, Pashto, and Urdu, and a registered interpreter, she is committed to providing culturally sensitive, high-quality care to every client.
